Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order for a product at no cost within 48 business hours of placing the order, except for fast-shipping products. If this timeline is exceeded, a 10% cancellation fee will be levied on the total bill. However, you can get your product exchanged at 100% of its value post 48 business hours of order placement or before the order gets dispatched. Upon canceling orders placed using gift cards, the gift card amount will be refunded to the Wallet.

ICT Circle.com may, at its sole discretion, request the Customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the Customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

ICT Circle.com may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to cancel any particular order. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled or refused are:

  • limitations on quantities available for purchase
  • inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds for payment made through debit/credit cards/net banking will be processed by reversal of the same transaction. This would take around 3-5 working days.
  • For faster COD Payment Method refunds, we have introduced RazorpayX. RazorpayX is a quick mode of refund wherein you enter your bank or UPI details to receive your refund amount instantly. Below are the steps to receive a refund through RazorpayX links.
  • RazorpayX will be functional and used towards the following type of orders: COD orders, DGRP/installment orders, Payments received from PG (aging more than 6 months), Safe gold orders, Vouchers redemptions, and Buyback orders.
  • You will receive a Refund Payout link from RazorpayX. If the payout link is not used before it expires, then the refund will be credited to your Account

    Here are the steps involved:

    • A payout Link shall be sent to your contact number and email ID.
    • You must open the link and complete verification via OTP.
    • You must then provide bank account details where you want to receive the refund. The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account.
  • In cases of refunds under 15 days return, refund is subject to quality confirmation by our skilled quality assurance team and verification of product documents like insurance certificate, original invoice and product certificate.
  • The money-back amount will be 100% of the actual amount paid. In case any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be reduced by an amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes, as applicable.
